Mr. Paul C. Manz currently is the Program Director for Rapid Prototyping / Customer Interactions within CERDEC. Mr. Manz previously served as Deputy Project Manager (DPM) for Effects and Fires Command and Control (C2) within PEO C3T managing multiple complex software-intensive information technology projects with a life-cycle management cost of over $1.6B. He has also held technical leadership positions in the Army Enterprise Architecture and Department of Defense (DoD) Electronic Devices Science and Technology (S&T) communities. Mr. Manz has a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) and Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and Multiple Level III Certified Army Acquisition Corps (AAC) Member.
